Methodology and Approach
artisco facilitates and manages the delivery of projects and events based on client brief to fulfil specific objectives within a given budget. We are a full service agency, responsible for all matters related to the effective administration and provision of the projects conducted for our Clients.
Initiating
After a briefing session to determine the strategic objectives and outcomes required of the proposed project, artisco provides clients with an initial project summary. This details roll out and application of the concept and theme upon which delivery of the event will be based. This concept and theme is then costed in its entirety, looking at the most cost effective options of implementing the concept.
Planning
Once concept, theme and budget are signed off, artisco produces a project plan and begins negotiation with all responsible parties required to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Executing
Internal resources are allocated and additional suppliers are contracted and managed as required deliver the project in accordance with the signed off concept.

Controlling
Hands on management of all aspects is part of our service signature to ensure that projects roll out according to the project plan and budget, with client in the loop at all times. Continuous monitoring, feedback and recommendations or corrections ensure that the project output is continuously improving.
Closing
All projects are subjected to internal quality control checks and evaluated on completion to ensure that learnings from each event are carried forward into future activity.
